Excel Automotive Group (EAG) formally Excel Components started out in 2003 providing Steering and Suspension within the UK Aftermarket, offering an affordable brand. Now, as TVS Automotive Europe, the range includes over 2,500 part numbers: coil springs, wheel bearing kits, strut top mountings, crank top pulleys, wishbones, track control arms, track rod ends, inner rack ends, ball joints and link bars.
In early 2014 we announced the offer of a 2 year warranty on all steering and suspension products to guarantee peace of mind to all customers.
In April 2015, ownership of the company changed creating a partnership of over 55 years’ experience within the industry, thus providing a solid step to move forward. Within months Excel had undergone an extensive facelift to include a warehouse move, a new name and new branding. In June 2015 Excel Components became Excel Automotive Group Ltd (EAG).
EAG were given the opportunity to introduce two leading proprietary brands which has raised the profile of the business. We now stock Monroe shock absorbers, coil springs, boot struts and tailgate dampers, along with Brembo brake pads, discs, shoes and drums.
In August 2017, the company was acquired by the TVS Group who also own Universal Components, the truck & trailer parts specialist. EAG became TVS EAG Ltd and with the synergies between Universal, EAG and the TVS-EPD supply chain this will provide a platform for further growth and even more product range extensions.
In Mid 2018, we became TVS Automotive Europe. The new name better represents our expansion into Europe and our position within the wider TVS Group.
